We have a unique Custom Construction program that allows our clients to build the home of their dreams without the common headaches that a owner/ builder would normally encounter. Through our vast experience and knowledge of home building, we can design a program to meet your needs.
We offer a cost plus approach which gives the home owner unprecedented control over design and costs by allowing them to choose the level of upgrades for every room in the home. By showing you the costs associated with each upgrade from flooring to coutertops to cabinetry, you can customize not only your home, but your bottom line. We build Quality Model Homes that are for sale at a reasonable price. Unlike many other builders that are using the absolute cheapest materials, we are putting our name on our product therefore even our entry level homes come with upgrades that you will not see on other builder's top of the line homes.
